At Afro-dacious, she offers a wide range of accounting and financial services to multiple organizations with diverse backgrounds and has collaborated with over 20 organizations throughout her career, leveraging her expertise to drive their success. She holds a Masters in International Economics and Finance and has over 20 years of experience in finance and operations, she brings a seasoned perspective to every client engagement.

Lekenka is known for her ability to listen and understand her clients' visions, and use her skills to provide support that helps with decision-making and growth. Her goal is to use her unique perspective, and guidance to navigate complex financial landscapes and unlock the full potential of all her clients.

Meet Victoire, our talented Client Accountant, who is passionate about numbers and possesses a strong expertise in financial management and client recruitment. Her remarkable ability to critically analyze trends and variances, enables her to uncover insights that drive financial success and help organizations thrive. Victoire provides comprehensive full cycle accounting services to our clients, from daily bookkeeping to strategic financial management. She has over 4 years of accounting experience and holds a BBA in Accounting. Her background in financial management, and commitment to client satisfaction is evident in her approach to understanding their objectives, crafting tailored strategies to help them reach their long-term goals while achieving short-term financial success. 

When she's not working, she cherishes quality time with her family and friends. She loves to travel  and is always seeking new adventures, embracing the opportunity to explore new places and cultures.

Meet Moreen, our seasoned Client Accountant, a chartered accountant by profession, with over two decades of experience spanning 11 countries across Africa, the UK, Australia & China. Her journey began at the London College of Accountancy from 2003, where she laid the foundation for her remarkable career from where she gained experience working with a big 4 accounting firm. Moreen’s expertise extends to leadership in auditing, strategic, accounting, financial reporting, business process improvement, treasury and adept budget management. What truly sets her apart is her exceptional communication skills, enabling her to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures precise financial reporting, and a dedication to client satisfaction.

With her comprehensive skill set, Morine offers invaluable insights that empower clients to make informed, strategic decisions. 

Meet Sharon, our Operations and Marketing Manager, the unstoppable force behind our services. She ensures everything runs smoothly, pulling off the most intricate projects with ease, helping us reach our goals. She brings valuable expertise with 5 years of experience in digital marketing and communication as well as over 7 years as a successful freelance translator. Her diverse background also includes a BA in Law, providing her with a well-rounded foundation.

Outside of work, her captivating voice serenades guests at various events. Additionally, she selflessly volunteers as a translator and podcaster for various non-profit organizations. With Sharon's unwavering dedication, multifaceted expertise, and passion for making a difference, she plays a crucial role in our team's success.

Meet Annice, our Office Assistant, bringing fresh energy, curiosity, and a love for numbers and organization. A recent high school graduate now studying Financial Engineering at university, she’s eager to put her analytical skills to work while learning the ropes of business operations and accounting.

Her eye for detail and natural knack for managing data made her a perfect fit for the role. She supports daily operations, client onboarding, and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, all while growing her professional experience in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Outside of her studies and work, Annice enjoys music, time with family and friends, and finding creative ways to stay organized, qualities that make her a valued and promising member of the team.
